Health Alliance and Anthem have reached an agreement.
On January 9, 2004, officials from the Health Alliance and Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield reached an
agreement that will give Anthem's members access to Health Alliance hospitals, surgery centers and physicians through March 31, 2006. The deal
is retroactive to January 1, 2004, when the previous contract between the two organizations expired.
