BACK TO BASICS
Riches and rewards can be found in practicing simplicity on a daily basis. We explore how "less
means more" by intensely committing to priorities, organizing our preferred lifestyle and nurturing ourselves through a dedication of "going
back to basics."
BALANCING WORK AND FAMILY
Are 24-hour days ever long enough? Duties and responsibilities often seem overwhelming . . .and on a
daily basis! Everyone and everything is calling for our attention. Achieving balance between work and family (while maintaining energy for personal
priorities) is this seminar's focus.
BASIC MANAGEMENT SKILLS

seminar teaches the "how-to" aspects of our work. It also includes methods of supervision and the art of delegation.
BUILDING SELF-ESTEEM
Contrary to some thinking we can re-build our self-esteem. This seminar helps the participant to
understand the impact of self-esteem, develop a more accurate self-assessment, re-order our distortions of ourselves and practice a skill that will lead
to better self-esteem.
CONFLICT AND CONFRONTATION MANAGEMENT
Recognizing the origin of conflict, its symptoms/signs and its resolution is what makes this seminar
helpful in maintaining a positive work environment for all employees.
COPING WITH CHANGE
What seems to be the one constant in our life is change! . . . and no one as yet has been able to change
that! This seminar focuses on what we need to consider, as well as do, to make any change less stressful and more positive.
DRUG FREE WORKPLACE AWARENESS
Drugs in the workplace are consistently linked to lower productivity, higher accident rates and more
theft, costing American businesses billions of dollars annually. This seminar increases employee awareness of the problem and challenges them with the
possible effects that drugs have on work performance. Information on drug testing is offered if appropriate, as well as the rights and responsibilities
of both management and the workforce.
EFFECTIVE LISTENING AND ASSERTING FOR SUCCESS
This workshop includes increasing self-understanding, a review of good listening skills and then how to
proactively communicate our needs/wants. It offers practice skills and guidelines for effective self-promotion.
GENDER ISSUES: REAL OR IMAGINED?
Are men and women as different as countless stories suggest, or not? This seminar explores that question
in some depth. Coming to terms with the answer is what we believe enhances teamwork and cooperation.
GETTING ALONG SHOULDN'T BE THIS HARD!
We all feel better when getting along with others. An important, yet often overlooked aspect of building
a good relationship is knowing how to cooperate with each other. What does he/she want from me…and what do I need back? Learn an easy and foolproof
method of improving all relationships by the end of this presentation.
GRIEF AND LOSS IN THE WORKPLACE
Loss, whether through job changes or illness or death, is never easy to accept. It can affect our ability
to work productively, interact with others or even continue getting proper rest or nutrition. This seminar focuses on the many faces of grief and
explains its general affect on others and us.
INTERNET SAFETY
Just as every coin has two sides, so does every tool . . .or so it seems. The Internet is one of our most
important and vital connectors to the world. Misuse or misunderstanding of its range of connections can be incredibly destructive with far reaching
consequences. This presentation focuses on Internet safety for all its users.
KEYS TO MONEY MANAGEMENT
"Money" -- too much or too little can cause tension, conflict and stress within oneself and in
any close partnership. Reviewing some basic concepts about spending, saving and borrowing can help with this stressful subject. Handouts are very
practical in deciding what steps to take with everyday money management.
LIFE CYCLE – STAGES OF LIFE
This seminar looks at the four stages of a typical life cycle: youth, adulthood, middle age and the
senior years. We are more in control of deciding where our best years are, and how to "stretch" them more than we ever imagined!
MAINTAINING RESPECT IN THE WORKPLACE
While respectful and courteous behavior in the workplace is the "right" thing to do, it is also
the "smart" thing to do. Morale, absenteeism, productivity and "down time" are just several of the variables impacted by either a
respectful or disrespectful environment.

of stress, but you sure can learn how to better manage it. Put your personal plan together now.

what steps can be taken to minimize a crisis as well as possibly having to deal with it.
WOMEN'S WELLNESS

and enjoy a sense of personal satisfaction. A sense of balance and wellness is paramount to feeling good about managing daily life . . .this seminar
hopes to achieve this purpose for its participants.
