| * In 2002,
associates referring friends who are hired will receive a $50 gift
certificate or a cash bonus award for each new associate
hired. The referring associate's name will be entered into a
quarterly referral awards drawing. One lucky winner each quarter
will receive a check for $5,000 after taxes are withheld.
And, if an associate refers an R.N. who is hired to work at least 20
hours a week, there is the opportunity for another chance to win
$10,000! In January 2003, one lucky winner will be selected
from associates referring staff RNs subsequently hired. The
winning associate and the RN will each receive $10,000 net after taxes
are withheld. |
