Stephanie Minton - is the assistant clinical manager for mental health at Fort Hamilton Hospital. She received her associate degree in nursing from Miami University, and is currently working towards a bachelor of science in healthcare administration. Stephanie started her nursing career on this unit over 18 years ago, and has been in her current position since 2004.

Also an employee assistance program (EAP) is available for businesses through EAP Systems. This program is part of Fort Hamilton Hospital and serves the entire Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky areas. EAP is a comprehensive, systematic approach used to assist in the early identification and resolution of productivity problems associated with employees who are impaired or likely to be impaired by behavioral problems.

Dr. Colmenares - psychiatrist

 

 

 

Dr. Conrad - has been with the Health Alliance since February of 2005. He has two medical degrees, two education degrees and one degree in a biblical field. He has used these well, including working as a psychiatrist for the past 8 years. Further, Dr. Conrad has served as a college administrator for about 8 years. His current patient interest is adult patients who suffer from chronic mental illness. He has also, published a number of journal manuscripts.

Jeff Young is the Director of the Health Alliance external EAP. He is a Licensed Independent Social Worker, and Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP). He has had extensive experience in the building, management and marketing of employee assistance in the Cincinnati area since 1986. He received his Bachelor degree from the University of Cincinnati and his Master’s degree in Social Work from Boston College. He has extensive experience in consulting and implementing Drug Free Workplace programs and is also a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). He enjoys public speaking on a wide range of topics and has experience in counseling individuals, couples and families.
