Michelle Barrett, RN, MSN, MBA - is the clinical manager for the mental health department at The St. Luke Hospitals. She launched her health care career at St. Luke in 1986 and has remained there throughout the last 19 years. Past experience includes work on medical-surgical, oncology, skilled nursing and psychiatric units.

Along with coordinating and managing the efforts of a dedicated team of behavioral health associates, she is a member of various hospital and community-based committees. She is a licensed registered nurse in Kentucky and Ohio and a graduate of Northern Kentucky University where she obtained master’s degrees in both nursing administration and business administration

Alcohol and Drug Services
Our alcohol and drug treatment services include inpatient detoxification, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient for adults and adolescents and residential. It also includes a dual diagnosis program.

Jo Ann Florence – is the clinical manager for the Alcohol and Drug Treatment Center at The St. Luke Hospitals. She has been with St. Luke Hospital and the chemical dependency program for more than 24 years. She is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University Nursing Program and is certified in chemical dependency.
