Randolph Hillard, M.D. Medical Director Behavioral Health Services

Randolph Hillard, M.D., is a Professor and Chairman of the Department of Psychiatry since 1989. Additionally, he is the Executive Associate Dean for Clinical Affairs for the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, the CEO of University Physicians of University of Cincinnati and the President of University Managed Care. Dr. Hillard serves on the Boards of Directors of the Health Alliance of Greater Cincinnati, Alliance Physicians & Surgeons, Alliance Partners, University of Cincinnati Medical Associates, Piedmont-Eden Limited Partnership, Central Psychiatric Clinic and University Primary Care Associates. He is on the Executive Committee of the Medical Staff of University Hospital and the Steering Committee of the UC College of Medicine.

Dr. Hillard graduated with a B.A. in Psychology with Highest Honors in 1973 from University of North Carolina and received an M.D. from Stanford University in 1977.
