The following chart can help you estimate your eligible Health Care expenses for the current year

Medical copayments
Medical deductibles and coinsurances
Prescription drug copayments
Dental deductibles and coinsurance
Unreimbursed orthodontic expenses (noncosmetic only)
Unreimbursed vision and /or hearing care expenses
Other eligible health care expenses not covered by any plan in which you participate
1Estimate your contribution carefully. You cannot change the amount you contribute during the year (unless you have a recognized work/life event). Also, the IRS has a "USE IT OR LOSE IT" feature, which means that if your contributions to the Account during the year are more than your incurred eligible expenses for that year, the excess contributions are forfeited.
