Our facilities offer a range of medical and surgical services, including a Level I trauma center, air care, and cardiac services, with the area’s only heart transplant program. We also offer women’s health services with the area’s first Level 3 perinatal center. Other services include oncology and bone marrow transplant, orthopedics, behavioral medicine, and a wide variety of primary care and wellness programs. | |

It is estimated that the Emergency Department will see over 30,000 visits annually. Here, residents receive most of their academic training while participating fully in the evaluation, care and surgery of the large volume of patients. The residents will rotate at the Shriners Hospital for Children for their burn experience, The Christ Hospital for their transplantation experience, the Children's Hospital Medical Center for their pediatric surgery experience, and The University Hospital for their trauma/critical care experience. |
