Working parents and guardians are continually challenged to find safe, reliable child care. As part of your work and family benefits, Health Alliance now has a new service to work in partnership with families to solve their child care needs.
Once again beginning January 1, 2000 Health Alliance Family Information and Services will be available to employees and their families. It will be coordinated by Comprehensive Community Child Care (4C) a leading provider of dependent care benefits in the Cincinnati area since 1972.
The mission of 4C is to improve the quality, availability, accessibility and affordability of child care in the Greater Cincinnati area. (This includes the Southwestern Ohio counties of Hamilton, Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Warren and Boone, Campbell, and Kenton counties in Northern Kentucky.)
4C believes that parents are best able to choose and evaluate child care for their children because they know their children's needs best. Responsibility for selecting care rests with each parent. Neither 4C nor the Health Alliance can recommend or guarantee a particular child care setting. However, every effort will be made to give parents the information they need to evaluate and select child care for their family. The partnership of Health Alliance employees and 4C will provide child care solutions that work!
