Who is Eligible
Associates of any level and members of their immediate households, including
domestic partners, may use Employee Assistance.
Cost of Coverage
There is no charge to associates or members of their households for the services
of Employee Assistance. If you are referred to an outside therapist or counselor,
there may be a charge. Your health insurance may cover a portion of such costs.
Who is Eligible
Any Health Alliance associate may apply for assistance. Students, temporary
associates and contract workers are not eligible for this assistance.
