RESOURCE© Card
The RESOURCE© Card program is a discount card program
for all Health Alliance associates, retirees, volunteers
and physicians. This card may be used at any participating
merchant. The RESOURCE© Card gives you discounts
on goods and service. Discount offers vary by company.
Companies participating in the RESOURCE© Card
discount program change from time to time. Your human
resources department can give you a list of participating
merchants.
The Health Alliance does not endorse vendors participating
in the RESOURCE© program and is not responsible
for any establishment that does not honor your RESOURCE©
Card.
Vision Plans
Routine eye exams are covered under the Health Alliance
medical plans by paying routine office visit copayments
for care performed by a panel ophthalmologist. In addition,
discounted eye wear and vision care services are offered
in conjunction with the Health Alliance dental plan.
Other bill-at-home vision options can be obtained for
coverage on you, your spouse or domestic partner, and
dependents through the Resource© Card or the YouDecide.com/corporate
program.
Legal Services
Associates needing legal assistance with traffic accidents,
real estate closings, contracts, debt collection, wills,
immigration, divorce, child support or other concerns
can select legal service plans through the Resource©
Card or the YouDecide.com/corporate
program You will be billed at home for coverage when
you select one of these discounted plans.
Pharmacy
Pharmacy discounts are included in the Health Alliance
medical plans. If you are not using Health Alliance
insurance, pharmacy discounts are available when you
purchase your prescription drugs through a Health Alliance
hospital pharmacy. Some over-the-counter medications
are also discounted.
Banking Discounts
Direct deposit of your Health Alliance paycheck can
be made into most local financial institutions. Many
of these organizations offer discounts on loans or other
services if you sign up for direct deposit.
