| The hotline will provide you with help regarding
problems associated with Medicaid, Medicare, health insurance, nursing homes, and
long-term care. It also handles questions concerning planning for incapacity, powers of
attorney, landlord/tenant disputes, and problems with government benefits, such as Social
Security and Supplemental Security Income (SSI). AND, you can call the Legal Hotline with
consumer or home repair problems, or concerns about retiree pension and health care
coverage. |

If your problem cannot be solved over the phone, your case will be
handled by a Pro Seniors staff attorney at no charge, or you will be referred to a
private attorney who will provide services at an affordable rate.
