Cincinnati--The University Hospital Heart Failure and Transplant Program will present a free heart disease seminar on Wednesday, Oct. 9, from 5:30 to 7:45 p.m. The scheduled speakers and topics are as follows: Cardiac Rehab for Heart Failure Joy Whaley, R.N.
