Drake Center Managers Earn International Certification Honors

Date: 5-28-2008CINCINNATI - Three of Drake Centerīs Environmental Services managers have earned the "Certified Executive Housekeeper" designation through the International Executive Housekeepers Association (IEHA). IEHA is a professional association for persons employed in facility housekeeping at the management level.
Joseph Niemeyer, Rita Kerber and Nicholas Putt attained the C.E.H. (Certified Executive Housekeeper) status by completing the required 330-hour certification program. Niemeyer`s status was upgraded to the "Registered Executive Housekeepers" (R.E.H.) level as he holds a Master`s Degree. Drake Center is one of only two hospitals in the area with managers who have earned the C.E.H./R.E.H status. Niemeyer who resides in Delhi, Kerber who resides in Mt. Healthy and Putt who resides in Forest Park have promised their commitment to promoting a cleaner, safer and healthier environment inside and outside of the workplace with a sense of honesty, diligence and loyalty through the C.E.H./R.E.H. certification.
