West Chester Medical Center Launches Construction Webcam

West Chester - Construction progress of the West Chester Medical Center can now be viewed online through a construction webcam on the hospital's new Web site, at www.westchestermedcenter.com.

"The webcam provides a fun way to watch the hospital grow from the ground up," says Carol King, senior vice president of the West Chester Medical Center.

The Health Alliance broke ground on the 160-bed community hospital in July. Located just off the I-75 exit of Tylersville Road in West Chester, the West Chester Medical Center will offer a wide array of surgical, outpatient and imaging services as well as a full-service emergency department. A future expansion to a 300-bed hospital is planned for a later date.

Floor plans, photos and the latest project information are also available on the hospital's Web site. Construction of the West Chester Medical Center is expected to be complete at the end of 2008.
