The USDA Food Guide Pyramid

The food pyramid was designed to help you make healthier food choices. A healthy diet consists of many choices from the bread, grain, and cereal group at the base of the pyramid and few choices from the fats, oils, nuts and sweets group at the top. The remaining food groups fall somewhere in the middle.
