2 cups
self rising flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup skim milk
1 tablespoon canola oil

Preheat oven to
450 degrees. In medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, milk, and oil;
mix with fork just until dry ingredients are mixed in. Dust hands with
flour and shape dough into 8 balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet;
flatten slightly. Let rise 10 minutes. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
