Garbanzo Bean Dip

Hopefully, none of us are living on snacks and appetizers. With this in mind, don't over-indulge. Always serve some fat-free dips, fresh vegetables, fresh fruit, and pretzels. Fat-free sour cream works as a base for a dip if you add enough flavorful ingredients.
