3 cups
(1 pound) cooked chicken breast, skinless, shredded or chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped finely
1 can (8 ounces) sliced water chestnuts
1-1/2 cups fresh pea pods, chopped or whole
2 tablespoons regular mayonnaise
6 tablespoons low fat (1 gram per tablespoon) mayonnaise
1/2 cup light sour cream
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1 tablespoons curry powder

In large bowl,
combine chicken, celery, water chestnuts, and pea pods; set aside. In
small bowl, combine mayonnaises, sour cream, lemon juice, pepper, and
curry powder. Add sauce to chicken mixture and mix well. Cover and chill
for at least 30 minutes.
