2 green onions, tops included, sliced thin
1 teaspoon dried tarragon or dill
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 pound salmon fillet, cut into 4 portions
2-1/2 tablespoons lemon juice

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

In cup, combine oil, lemon juice, onions, tarragon, mustard, salt, and
pepper. Put fish in single layer in glass dish; pour marinade over fish. Let stand 15
minutes. Grill fish over medium heat skin-side down, 10 minutes for each inch thickness or
until fish flakes easily with fork.
