ounces peeled baby carrots
8 ounces cauliflower florets
8 ounces broccoli florets
2 ounces fresh mushrooms
1 tablespoon margarine
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried basil

Arrange carrots
around outer edge of 10-inch round dish. Arrange cauliflower next to the
carrots, broccoli next, mushrooms in the center. Combine remaining
ingredients in a glass measuring cup. Microwave on High for 30 seconds or
until margarine melts. Drizzle over vegetables. Cover tightly and
microwave on High for 6 minutes or until tender-crisp. Let stand 5
minutes.
