1 can (18 ounces) sweet potatoes, drained
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon margarine
2 tablespoons chopped nuts

Spray a one-quart casserole dish with vegetable oil spray. Preheat
oven to 375º. Slice potatoes into 1/2-inch slices. Layer half of the potatoes in prepared
dish. Sprinkle with half of brown sugar. Repeat layers; top with margarine. Bake,
uncovered, at 375º for 30 minutes or until potatoes are glazed, spooning liquid over
potatoes once or twice. Sprinkle nuts on top and bake 5 minutes more.
