Health Line provides quality health care for your employees. From check-ups to treatments, Health Line offers cost-effective and easily accessible occupational health services in Butler County. Health Line is located in the Physicians Office Center (use entrance on Cereal Avenue) of The Fort Hamilton Hospital.

WORK INJURY / ILLNESS TREATMENT

Certified Provider for the Bureau of Worker's Compensation managed care programs

Open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday

After-hours work injuries may be treated in our emergency department.

Worker's compensation cases treated promptly with medical claims initiated by Health Line Staff.

Timely follow-up communications with employers and MCOs regarding the medical treatment/status of injured workers.

DRUG TESTING

• DOT and non-DOT urine drug screens through a DHHS certified laboratory
• Drug Screen Express (one hour results on negative urine drug screens)
• Under the direction of a certified medical review officer (MRO) physician
• Specimen collection services
• Random selection process

ALCOHOL TESTING

Breath alcohol testing, meeting DOT requirements is offered by Health Line. Certified breath alcohol technicians using an evidential breath analyzer that meets DOT specifications conduct screening and confirmation testing, if deemed necessary. After hours drug and alcohols testing (on-call) service available.

EMPLOYEE IMMUNIZATIONS

Some of the most common immunizations Health Line has to offer include:

HEALTH SCREENINGS AND WELLNESS PROGRAMS

Employee health screenings and educational programs provided at the worksite or The Fort Hamilton Hospital are total cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar and hearing and vision screenings.
