Jerry Keller

Interim-Senior Vice President
Interim-Chief Financial Officer
Jerry Keller was named interim Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2006. In this role, Mr. Keller is charged with establishing and implementing the financial strategy for the Health Alliance and integrating it with the system’s overall strategic direction.
Mr. Keller joined the Health Alliance in 1996 as vice president of finance, and was responsible for financial oversight for three of the system’s hospitals, plus the Alliance Primary Care network. In 2001, Mr. Keller was promoted to vice president treasury services. His primary responsibilities included treasury functions and system-wide planning and forecasting.
Prior to coming to the Health Alliance, Mr. Keller worked at The Christ Hospital and Fort Hamilton Hospital, both before they became members of the Health Alliance. He also worked in the Cincinnati office of Deloitte, Haskins and Sells.
Mr. Keller earned his accounting degree from Xavier University. He belongs to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

Robert L. Griffith

Senior Vice President
Chief Human Resources Officer
As senior vice president and chief human resources officer, Bob Griffith is responsible for overseeing the human resources function for the Health Alliance, including labor & employee relations, human resources information systems, recruiting & retention, employee health, pension & benefit administration, and compensation.
In addition, he is responsible for Midwest Laundry Inc., a for-profit consolidated subsidiary and serves as the employer’s representative on the board of trustees compensation committee.
Mr. Griffith has 30 years of broad human resources experience. Prior to joining the Health Alliance, Mr. Griffith was President of RLG Enterprises Inc., a human resources consulting firm. Prior to consulting, Mr. Griffith served as vice president, chief human resources officer of Hook-Superx, Inc., a regional retail drug chain with over 1,200 stores and 18,000 employees. Mr. Griffith has worked in the retailing, manufacturing and service sectors in addition to health care.
Mr. Griffith earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan. Active in the community, Mr. Griffith was appointed to the board of directors of The Cincinnati Empowerment Corporation and is a past board member for Cincinnati Area Senior Services. He is also active with The Notre Dame Club of Greater Cincinnati.
