Ice Cream Pie

Yield: 8 servings

  • 1 reduced fat graham cracker crust
  • 1 quart low fat (2 grams per serving) ice cream or frozen yogurt
  • 1 jar fat-free topping

Freeze crust. Remove ice cream from freezer and allow to soften for 15 minutes. Remove crust from freezer and fill with ice cream. Freeze. Remove from freezer and spread with topping. Freeze. At serving time, allow to stand at room temperature for 5 minutes before cutting.
