- 1 package (10 1/2 ounces) low fat (97% lean) bulk breakfast sausage
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 packet ( 2 1/2 ounces) country gravy mix (2 grams fat or less per serving)
Brown sausage; drain, and blot with paper towels. Set aside. In small saucepan, combine water and milk. Stir in gravy mix. Bring to boil, stirring constantly; simmer 1 or 2 minutes. Add cooked sausage; stir until heated through. Serve over biscuits.
